Though the room was smaller than I expected and the amenities were bit scarce, The fantastic staff More than made up for everything! The woman at the front desk repeatedly went above and beyond anything I could have half asked. I have a traumatic brain injury and she treated me with respect compassion and care... Not easy to forget this and for that reason I will be returning!

I liked the breakfast and they had free cookies available in the evening. Oh, and they have a nice little coffee bar with complimentary coffee and teas. Also, the pool was a big hit for the family.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the pool was good temp and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff is amazing. I had an issue with my booking (my own fault) and the staff member, I believe her name is Tammy, did everything she could to help and eventually resolved the issue. If I ever travel to Mt Pleasant again I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Breakfast was good. Cookies were amazing. Staff allowed us to use nice high top table in lobby to play cards after we checked out. This was very valuable to us because we had 2 hours to kill before our event.

that they have free wi-fi and the Breakfast they have was awesome and delicious, the people who work there are very polite and very helpful. Will stay there every time I'm in the area.

Everything was great!!! Room, staff, facility, pool and breakfast! The pool was perfect temp and clean without too many chemicals which we loved.
