Though the room was smaller than I expected and the amenities were bit scarce, The fantastic staff More than made up for everything! The woman at the front desk repeatedly went above and beyond anything I could have half asked. I have a traumatic brain injury and she treated me with respect compassion and care... Not easy to forget this and for that reason I will be returning!

Breakfast was good. Cookies were amazing. Staff allowed us to use nice high top table in lobby to play cards after we checked out. This was very valuable to us because we had 2 hours to kill before our event.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the pool was good temp and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff is amazing. I had an issue with my booking (my own fault) and the staff member, I believe her name is Tammy, did everything she could to help and eventually resolved the issue. If I ever travel to Mt Pleasant again I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Everything was great!!! Room, staff, facility, pool and breakfast! The pool was perfect temp and clean without too many chemicals which we loved.
